Kenney talked us through a quick self repair and we were so impressed, we scheduled our septic cleanout with J&J for the following week. Dean, the service tech, came out and was very professional, knowledgeable, clean, and an overall nice person. We were very impressed with the personal attention we were given, and the gratis help they gave us on a Sunday (especially not being a previous customer). I have used other companies in the past. A few days ago I had an emergency. I called them. They were out the next day and fix the problem. Very nice very responsive. Highly recommend them for all your work.
Kenny with J & J pumping did a fantastic job! He sent me a quote that was very clear in what was included and what wasn’t. He told me he could get me in within 2 weeks and it actually only took 10 days. I would highly recommend him and look forward to giving him a call the next time I need something. Great communication throughout the process.
Dean – excellent customer service! He showed up timely & was eager to assist us. After Dean gathered his “diagnosis”, he called Kenny who asked clarifying questions to ensure they were providing the best service at a fair rate. It was awesome to hear & witness. Such integrity was shown in this moment. As a woman, I typically run from services like this – especially when my husband isn’t home – because your “needs” become endless after an inspection. Not with these guys. You won’t regret giving this credible, family owned, local, honest business a call.

“Asked Kenny to come check out our system as it had not been serviced in over eight years. He quickly found our tank (location unknown to me) and dug up the lids to inspect it. After investing 20 minutes of his time for an inspection, he was still honest enough to say my system was in good shape and didn’t necessarily need service. It speaks to the integrity of his work. We pumped it anyway and he did a very thorough job, I highly recommend his services.”
